Rumsey Radio Hour

November 19th, 2011 - Earth Vibe Productions & Events ran sound for the Rumsey Radio Hour, Shepherdstown's version of Public Radio's Prairie Home Companion. Performed originally from 1989 to 1995 and revived in 2004, the always-popular show was performed live on stage at the Frank Center for one performance only. Earth Vibe Productions was proud to be part of it!

Watermelon Park Fest

September 22-24, 2011 - Earth Vibe Productions & Events ran sound for the Dance Tent at Watermelon Park Fest. The three-day music festival featured Concerts, Dances, Workshops, Pickin' Contests and more! Bands this year included: Ralph Stanley & the Clinch Mountain Boys, Steep Canyon Rangers, The Red Stick Ramblers, Bruce Molsky, The Woodshedders, Furnace Mountain and more!

 

 

Charles Town Heritage Day Festival

September 17, 2011 - Earth Vibe Productions & Events helped coordinate and run sound for this year's Charles Town Heritage Day Festival. The festival featured walking tours, a craft fair, colonial workshops, farmers market, petting zoo, 1786 dinner & dance, storytelling, and music by Herb and Hanson, The Woodshedders and Blue Eyed Soul (among others).

 

 

Appalachian Trail Conservancy's 38th Biennial Conference Concert

July 2, 2011 - Earth Vibe Productions & Events helped coordinate and run sound for the Appalachian Trail Conservancy's 38th Biennial Conference Concert in Emory, Virginia. This year's featured performers were Wayne Henderson and Jeff Little.

 

 

 

Brunswick Music Fest

June 18, 2011 - Earth Vibe Productions & Events ran sound again at the Brunswick Music Fest. The festival will be held at Railroad Square in historic Brunswick, Maryland, and featured music by The Woodshedders, the Kelly Bell Band, and others.

 

 

 

West Virginia Wine & Arts Fest

May 28 & 29, 2011 - Earth Vibe Productions & Events ran sound again at the West Virginia Wine & Arts Fest. The festival will be helded at the beautiful Boydville Estate in historic Martinsburg, and featured Youngblood, Jimi Cupino Project, Kathleen McGrath Band, Blue Eyed Soul, KB Project, Those Three Guys, Lucas and the Lovelys, Gina DeSimone and the Moaners and Treehouse.

 

3rd Annual Panhandle Earth Day Celebration

April 23, 2011 - Earth Vibe Productions & Events hosted the 3rd Annual Panhandle Earth Day Celebration at Morgan's Grove Park just outside of Shepherdstown, West Virginia. The event featured vendors, environmental and conservation groups, non-profits and local artists, kids activities, local farm goods, and over 15 musical acts - including The Woodshedders, Andrew McKnight, Herb & Hanson, Ginada Pinata, Lucas & the Lovelies, Stoney Creek, Willie Barry and more.

Arnold Smith Benefit

On January 23, 2011, the community of Shepherdstown rallied to help raise money for Arnold Smith, a wonderful local musician that needs help with some medical expenses. The event will be held at the Clarion Hotel and Conference Center in Shepherdstown and feature music by Ginada Pinata, Paul Pfau & the Hellboys, the I-Steadies, and the Handsome Sonic Bongo Band. Earth Vibe Productions & Events contributed by running sound at the event.

September 23-25, 2010 - Earth Vibe Productions & Events ran sound for the Sunspot Productions Tent at Watermelon Park Fest. The three-day music festival featured Concerts, Dances, Workshops, Band & Pickin' Contests, Kid's Activities, Open Jams, Food & Craft Vendors, and more! Bands this year included: The Punch Brother with Chris Thile, Bruce Molsky, The Woodshedders, The Lonesome River Band, Cedric Watson and Bijou Creole, Shannon Whitworth and more!

 

 

 

Charles Town Heritage Festival

September 18th, 2010 - Earth Vibe Productions & Events ran sound at the Charles Town Heritage Festival. The one-day festival featured home and walking tours, craft fair, colonial workshops, farmers market, petting zoo, 1786 dinner & dance, storytelling, music and more.

 

 

Celebrate America - Reagan Picnic

July 17th, 2010 - Earth Vibe Productions & Events ran sound at the Celebrate America Reagan Picnic at Poor House Farm Park outside of Martinsburg, WV. The event featured speakers, local delegates, including Shelly Moore Capito, and music by the Back Creek Valley Boys.

 

 

Brunswick Music Fest

June 19th, 2010 - Earth Vibe Productions & Events ran sound at the Brunswick Music Fest. The festival was held at Railroad Square in historic Brunswick, Maryland, and featured music by The Martin Family Band, Hardline Drive, Chocolate Thunder, Blue Moon Rising and the Kelly Bell Band.

 

 

West Virginia Wine & Arts Fest

May 29th & 30th, 2010 - Earth Vibe Productions & Events ran sound at the West Virginia Wine & Arts Fest. The two day festival, held at the beautiful Boydville Estate in historic Martinsburg, West Virginia, featured local WV wines, artisans and musicians. The music this year included Arnold Smith, Todd Coyle & the Hansome Sonic Bongo Band, The Shemacians, Giants of Tiny Town, Chef Eric, Speakeasy Boys, Lisa Lafferty Band, Ginada Pinata and the Gypsy Ramblers.

 

 

Pickers Jubilee

May 15th, 2010 - Earth Vibe Productions and Events ran sound at the Pickers Jubilee, a "Bluegrass & Old-Time Style Pickin' Contest & Campout" held at Watermelon Park in Berryville, VA. The contest included both solo artists and bands competing for a spot at Watermelon Park Fest in September. There were also performances by bands Lonesome Highway and The Whiskey Rebellion.

 

 

 

2nd Annual Panhandle Earth Day Celebration

April 24th, 2010 - Earth Vibe Productions & Events hosted the 2nd Annual Panhandle Earth Day Celebration at Morgan's Grove Park just outside of Shepherdstown, West Virginia.

The event featured over 15 bands - including Gypsy Dawg, Paul Pfau & Friends, Treehouse, Herb and Hanson, Todd Coyle & the Handsome Sonic Bongo Band, Luke Johnson Band, Andrew Luttrell, Bob Keel, Buck Flowens and more, over 35 vendors, environmental and conservation groups, non-profits and local artists, also kids activities, a drum circle, Thai massage, local farm goods, and more.

Satch Alwin Benefit

February 28th, 2010 - the community of Shepherdstown rallied to help raise money for Satch Alwin, a local musician who was recently diagnosed with cancer. The event was held at the Clarion Hotel and Conference Center in Shepherdstown and featured music by Treehouse, Ginada Pinata, Todd Coyle & Friends, the I-Steadies, Shemacians, Giants of Tiny Town, and Love Machine. Earth Vibe Productions & Events contributed by helping run sound at the event. We were honored to be part of this event and honored to have known and worked with Satch.

Apple Harvest Parade

October 17th, 2009 - Earth Vibe Productions & Events sponsored Jane DeNoble, the Snuggie Lady, in the Martinsburg, West Virginia, Apple Harvest Parade. The company created a float, dressed in Snuggies, and escorted Mrs. DeNoble through the parade route. Earth Vibe Productions won 5th place for their float too!

3rd Annual Shepherdstown Save Darfur Benefit

August 29th, 2009 - Earth Vibe Productions & Events hosted the 3rd Annual Shepherdstown Save Darfur Benefit at Rumsey Monument Park in Shepherdstown, West Virginia. The event featured live music by David LeFluer, Matt Pless and Todd Coyle and the Creative Choas Band, local artwork, kid's activities, raffles and more. Over 20 local businesses helped sponsor the event and a total of $800 was raised for the Save Darfur Coalition.

1st Annual Panhandle Earth Day Celebration

April 25th, 2009 - Earth Vibe Productions & Events, in conjunction with the Panhandle Earth Day Committee and the Jefferson County Parks and Recreation Department, hosted the 1st annual Panhandle Earth Day Celebration at Morgan's Grove Park just outside of Shepherdstown, West Virginia.

The event featured 7 bands - the All Star Garage Band, Speakeasy Boys, Coal Mountain Ramblers, Bloody 9's, Moonstruck, Luke Johnson, and Sam Felker - over 30 vendors, environmental and conservation demonstrations, local artists, kid's activities and more. Estimated attendance was 600+ people.
